There is no time length on the contract you are free to discontinue working with us at any time just as we can terminate our working relationship with you at any time. If you decide you are no longer interested in working with us just send us an email asking to be removed from the list and please tell us why you would like to be removed.

What does the part about not working for anyone for 5 years mean?

This one seems to confuse a lot of people. This clause it merely to protect us from models who are disloyal. You cannot go around us and book work directly with any clients that you meet directly or indirectly as a result of our efforts. ie: someone who sees you doing a job we book you on and wants to use you. This clause also protects you. Being represented by an agency makes you a “professional” model, therefore you are less likely to encounter problems with getting paid, you are less likely to get hit on, we tend to be able to negotiate you more money, etc. You really wouldn’t want to give out your number to people anyways. I can’t tell you how many times someone liked one of our models and told them they wanted to hire them. They gave out the agency number and we get calls asking directly for the model…thinking it’s their direct number. Obviously they are calling to ask that person out or hit on you or whatever. It’s not safe and it’s not good business behavior on your part to date clients.

What if I want to work with someone that I have worked with before that I met at a job you booked me on and I am no longer with the agency?

That is no problem. You can just direct them to us and we can book you on it, even if you are not currently with us, because we will still have your paperwork on file. Make sure to have them request you though, otherwise someone else may get booked. It would be a good idea to give us a call and let us know that they will be calling to hire you and make sure we have your current contact info. It does no good if we can’t get a hold of you!

Can I have another agent?

Yes, but due to conflict of interest you must inform us of any jobs or auditions that other agents send you on so we do not think you are trying to go around us and be disloyal. It’s better to let us know then give us reason to believe anything bad about your work ethic. You can notify us simply by sending us an email telling us that (name of agency that is sending you ) is sending you to work/audition for (name of company) on (date) at (time.) You might also want to include what you will be doing or auditioning for specifically just to make sure there is absolutely no question as to what it applies to. Make sure to always include your full name and your location and the location of the audition as well as a phone number to reach you at. That way there is no question as to your professionalism and loyalty.

How exactly do we get assignments? Once you registered you will begin receiving e-mails regarding work in your area (and/or work in neighboring states.) If you are interested in the job, you carefully follow the directions in the e-mail. If you are not interested you simply delete the e-mail. Feel free to forward it to other people who might be interested in it, but make sure they get registered BEFORE submitting for any job.

How do I register? is it free? To register please go to http://net33.com/rose/intro.htm Yes it is absolutely free. We only make money when you make money! We take a 20% commission on all jobs that we get you.

How do I know if you take me or not? We accept models and talent of all types and levels so once you are registered you are automatically accepted. Most jobs require either an audition or a picture submission so you are selected. I like to give the client as many models to choose from as possible. If you are not right for a particular job you will not be submitted.

How do I send you my pictures/where do I send them to? There is no need to send me any photos until I request them. I will request them for jobs as needed. You should get your pictures saved in the proper format on your computer though so you can quickly and easily send it to me upon request. All pictures must be sent in jpg format. They should be kept to 100k or less. They should look about the size of a post card or zed card. All pictures must be saved using the abbreviation of the state you live in in capital letters, followed by your full name then you can put a brief description after it such as: commercial, theatrical, bikini, body shot, etc. Then followed by a number. 1 being the best photo and the higher the number the less good the photo is. If you are not using professional photos, or will be getting new ones soon you may want to start the numbering higher...like 10 or 11, or 20 or 21 etc. then you put .jpg after it of course. If it is a zed card you put Zed after your name and 1 for the front, 2 for the back. (if it's one sided put 2) if you have more sides just number them like pages...zed3, or zed4 etc. The first letter of each of your names must be capitalized (the rest should be lower case.) The first Letter of every word should also be capitalized as well. No spaces! Here is what mine might look like: CAJasmineRoseZed2.jpg

Where is the address of the audition/job? You didn't include it. You must follow the directions in the e-mail to get signed up to be on the list. If it is for an audition and you are instructed to fill out a job form and you do, you will DEFINITELY be sent the address and other info. That info is not sent out until the morning of the audition so it is your job to write it down in your organizer or on your calendar or where ever you keep track of things, because once you sign up you are expected to be there. If you are unable to make it you must call to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Once the address has been sent out you are subject to being fired for canceling last minute. If you are sick or something and call me as early as possible to let me know I will take that into consideration but usually that puts your name on a watch file and if it happens again you will probably be fired. Once you agree to go to an audition you must attend it and either call or e-mail me immediately after the audition to tell me how it went. You must tell me details about what happened at the audition. Were there a lot of people there? What did you have to do? Etc. If you do not report back immediately afterwards you are subject to being fired as well so I recommend that you program our number into your cell phone so that you don't forget to let me know. It is advisable that you call AND send me an e-mail, because if I make a mistake e-mails can be verified, but phone calls cannot (and I have a terrible memory.) If it is a picture submission or job form for a direct booking (no audition) then you will be notified if you will be hired and you will be given the info at that time. Once you are booked on an actual job you must complete the assignment. If you need to cancel it is usually possible, but you must do so at least 48 hours in advance of the start of the job and you must find a suitable replacement. I must agree to the replacement and they will need to get registered first if they are not already registered. If I have back-up interested in working I may be able to help you fill the slot with a suitable replacement. I am a model, actress, singer myself so I understand that if a really great opportunity comes up for you how important it is, so I will try to be as accommodating as possible. But your obligation is to your initial obligation so if you are unable to find a suitable replacement than you will be expected to work. Obviously a no show is grounds for a termination. I will do everything I can to help you if it is really important though.

Can you send me info on the job? All the info that I have is sent out to you on the jobs. At that point if you want to COMMIT to going, follow the directions in the email. I will then send you the address and other info the morning of the audition. Do NOT sign up for a job unless you are 110% sure you can make it. Keeping your word and doing as you say are the most important thing in the business. If someone can't trust you, you will never get booked. This is true not only in modeling, but in all forms of business. The only thing a person has is their word, so keep it!
