Kari Barba is an award winning tattoo artist with over 19 years of experience. Eight other talented artists and four professional body piercers round out the experienced staff.

Outer Limits has gone to great lengths to provide a clean, safe and sterile environment. Each staff member uses Universal Precautions to prevent disease transmission. All equipment is single service use and autoclave sterilized.

There are no known cases of HIV / AIDS related to tattooing or body piercing.
